Hysen has developed a supplier Management system(SMS)for all suppliers.
We built a professional and systematic supplier database,a unifed managementto cary out comprehensive,scientifc,and dynamic regular assessment on thesuppliers'delivery ,quality and stability.
In order to better manage our suppliers, we classify them into the following four categories
Suppliers in long-term working partnerships with us are assessed and graded annually. The grades are divided into four levels according to each supplier's attributes, with each category sub-divided into multiple leves according to sales volume.
Any supplier who sells counterfeit products, engages in dishonest business practices, has caused the company major losses, or engages in dishonest behaviour is blacklisted.
Temporaty suppliers that have worked with us repeatedly, can be upgraded afer our assessment.
Subsequently, suppliers will be further categorised into four levels based on actual transactions and the type of risks.
